Save time and enroll in KC Water Auto Pay. Your bill will be paid on time, directly from your checking or savings account on the bill due date and there is no cost to you. You can Register or Login to enroll in Auto Pay or you click here to download a paper copy of the Auto Pay enrollment form.

Self-service, electronic payment kiosks are available at the KC Water Lobby, 4800 E. 63rd St., and City Hall, 414 E. 12th St.
Kiosks are also available during regular business hours. At 4800 E. 63rd St., a kiosk is available by the front door 24 hours a day.
Kiosk payments can be made a credit card, check or credit or debit card.

Call 816-513-0567 from the phone number associated with your account. The system will recognize your phone number on file.
The first time you call, have your 16-digit account number handy. Your account number appears in bold on your bill; exclude the last digit when using this system.
- Pay your water bill with a credit or debit card.
- Securely add a credit card number to an account wallet to streamline future transactions.
- Set up a payment arrangement on a past due account, if eligible.
- Set up paperless billing.
- Enroll in autopay from a bank account.
- Initiate or terminate water services.

You can drop off your payment in our lock box located in front of our lobby (South Entrance) at 4800 E. 63rd St. Kansas City, MO 64130. Please include your full 17-digit account number or the detached bottom portion of your bill with your payment. Payments left in the drop box after 8 a.m. Monday – Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed the next business day by noon.
