Save time and enroll in KC Water Auto Pay. Your bill will be paid on time, directly from your checking or savings account on the bill due date and there is no cost to you. You can Register or Login to enroll in Auto Pay or you click here to download a paper copy of the Auto Pay enrollment form.

Electronic bill payment kiosks are now available at City Hall and at KC Water offices.
A kiosk by the front door at KC Water located at 4800 E. 63rd St. is available 24 hours a day. Kiosks are also available during regular business hours inside customer lobbies at the 63rd Street offices and at City Hall, 414 E. 12th St.
You can pay your KC Water bill at the kiosks with a credit card, cash or check.
Beginning November 14th, 2022 cashiers at 63rd St. will close at 4pm for in-person payments and customers will be directed to use the kiosks.

You can access the 24-hour payment line directly by calling 816-513-0567. Please have your 16-digit account number (in bold, excluding the last digit) or phone number ready and house number ready.

You can drop off your payment in our lock box located in front of our lobby (South Entrance) at 4800 E. 63rd St. Kansas City, MO 64130. Please include your full 17-digit account number or the detached bottom portion of your bill with your payment. Payments left in the drop box after 8 a.m. Monday – Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed the next business day by noon.
