Improved Look and Feel
The portal will be updated soon to look cleaner and work more smoothly, making it easier for you to navigate and use.

  • View All Your Accounts in One Place
    You can now see a summary of all your accounts on your profile page, with important details like your account number, balance, and due date. You can click to expand each account for more options.
  • Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
    A new help section has been added to answer common questions about the portal and your water service. It also links to other resources if you need more information.
  • Group Your Accounts for Easy Management
    If you have multiple accounts, like if you’re a property manager, you can now organize them into groups (e.g., residential, commercial) to make managing everything easier.
  • Manage Notifications Better
    If you no longer need certain notifications, you can now delete them, so you only see what matters to you.
  • Interactive Billing and Payment History
    Your billing and payment history is now displayed as easy-to-read graphs. These graphs show how much you were charged each month and how much you’ve paid. You can hover over the bars to get more details and even download the information if you need it.
  • Updated Usage Information
    The way you view your water usage has been updated for a smoother experience. We’ve removed the old usage graph from the main page and replaced it with a new, easy-to-use section where you can track your water use and compare it across different periods.
