Notice for customers regarding billing system problems

Due to technical difficulties, our online and phone customer self- service options, and payment services are currently unavailable. You may pay your bill in person with cash or check at 4800 E 63rd Street, from 9 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday.
You can also pay in person at the Treasurer’s Office on the first floor of City Hall, 414 E. 12th St.

We are currently prioritizing urgent water and sewer matters.  For all urgent water services matters, please contact us 816-513-1313, option 1 or 311. If your inquiry is not urgent, we kindly ask that you try reaching us later.
Please note, effective May 6th, penalties will not be assessed for customers who have been unsuccessful in making their payments via the online customer portal or pay by phone service by their due date.
