KC Water Celebrates Customer Service Week

Posted on October 1, 2018

(Kansas City, Mo.) – October 1st – 5th is Customer Service Week and KC Water celebrates the men and women who serve the residents of Kansas City.

A short video gives a brief glimpse of KC Water’s customer service representatives.

Customer Service Week is held annually during the first full week in October for companies across the nation to boost morale, motivation, and teamwork. This year’s theme is “Excellence Happens Here.”

KC Water employees interact with customers every day whether it’s a phone call about a bill, a meeting in the lobby about service, or a phone call to the dispatch center about water pressure. KC Water is committed to service and quality in every customer interaction.

“The men and women who represent KC Water work very hard to help customers understand whatever issue they have. Answering calls or going to someone’s home is not always easy, but the work they do is critical and very much appreciated,” said KC Water Customer Service Officer John Clarkson.

In addition to recognizing KC Water employees, this week is also a time to remind our customers of our commitment to customer satisfaction.
