Customers Advised of Wastewater Overflow near 8625 Troost Ave.

(Kansas City, Mo.) – KC Water responded to a wastewater overflow near 8625 Troost Ave. at 2:18 p.m. Tuesday, August 18, 2020. The overflow is currently ongoing. Wastewater has surfaced and is entering into an unnamed creek which leads into the Blue River. Cleaning and repair crews are onsite. Signs are being posted. KC Water will send notification when the overflow has been contained.
