Customers Advised of Wastewater Overflow Near 8202 NW Cadwallader Road

(Kansas City, Mo.) – KC Water responded to a wastewater overflow near 8202 NW Cadwallader Road at 11:50 a.m. Tuesday, July 16, 2019. The overflow ended the same day at 8:00 p.m. and spilled approximately 7,350 gallons of wastewater.  A man hole was found overflowing at this location. Cleaning crews opened a debris stoppage and restored normal flow to the 12” collection system.  Wastewater surfaced and entered a storm drainage ditch which leads into Rush Creek.  Warning signs were posted.
