Customers advised of issues with repeat billing statements being sent out

We want to inform you of an issue we recently encountered regarding billing statements:

On March 27, 2024, during our billing process, an unexpected issue occurred, affecting approximately 4,772 residential accounts.

Although all scheduled customers were successfully billed on April 5, 2024, about 960 of these residential accounts inadvertently received a second bill dated April 8, 2024, mentioning “Delinquent Stormwater,” despite no additional charges.

Please know that we’re actively addressing this matter. If you have received both statements dated April 5th and April 8th, please disregard the April 8th statement. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
