As part of ongoing maintenance of water valves and in response to some emergency repairs to a transmission line in east Kansas City, KC Water will be temporarily shutting off water to approximately 250 customers in the area of Benton Blvd to Jackson Ave and E. 10th St. to E. Truman Rd.

Estimated time for water service to be restored is 4-6 hours.

KC Water will have staff stationed at the intersection of 12th and Benton with bottled water to give to residents who are impacted by the shut. If you are unable to come get water and need it brought to you, contact KC Water’s dispatch at 816-513-1313 or via 3-1-1.
