KC Water is excited to share that we are updating and remodeling our main lobby area of the administration building at 4800 E 63rd street, starting on Thursday, March 6th. These improvements are designed to streamline and enhance the in-person customer experience.
Some of the upgrades include enhanced accessibility, security and privacy features, modernized service desks, and new informational displays. The project is expected to take approximately 90 days.
During this time, the main lobby entrance will be temporarily relocated. We ask all customers to use the north entrance, located at the back of the administration building. Look for the entrance with the large overhead awning that leads to the doors.
Although the department will remain open throughout the renovation, we encourage customers to utilize alternative methods for billing and service, such as the dropbox, outdoor kiosk, or our customer self-service portal at www.kcwater.us, if possible.
