(Kansas City, MO) – KC Water Services is aware of a water distribution issue that is currently causing lower than normal water pressure for customers located in South Kansas City. Crews are currently working to determine the cause of the low pressure so that normal water service can be restored as quickly as possible. Until the exact nature of the issue can be identified, it is too early to determine whether a boil water advisory will be necessary. KC Water Services will continue to provide updates until normal water pressure is restored. We thank our customers for their patience as we work to restore water service.
