KC Water is Here to Help Customers with Updated Payment Portal and Website

(Kansas City, Mo.) – Customers asked and we listened.  We’ve upgraded our website and online payment system so customers can more easily manage their account.  KC Water customers can now go to and register their account online, sign up for high usage alerts and enroll in auto pay.

“In surveys, customers told us they wanted an easier online experience.  We used that feedback to make specific design decisions,” said KC Water Customer Service Officer, John Clarkson.  “We believe the changes we’ve made will help customers find the answers they need more quickly.” is also responsive so customers can access their account from their computer, tablet or smartphone and more features will be added as we move forward.

KC Water maintains and operates water treatment and distribution systems, stormwater management systems, and wastewater collection and treatment systems for residential and business customers in Kansas City and for wholesale customers in the Kansas City area.  KC Water is primarily funded by fees charged to customers based on their use or impacts on the three utility systems.
