KC Water Administration Building Employees to Participate in Safety Drill

(Kansas City, Mo.) – The KC Water Administration Building, located at 4800 E. 63rd St., will be closed on Wednesday, September 14th, from 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. while employees participate in a safety drill. The drill will help prepare emergency responders and KC Water employees to take proper actions in the event of an emergency, such as an active shooter.

During the drill, the KC Water Customer Service Lobby, will be closed until 9:30 a.m. However, customers can still make a water bill payment online at www.kcwaterservices.org, on their smartphones via KC Water’s free mobile app, by calling KC Water’s 24-hour telephone bill line at 816.513.0567, or by visiting City Hall (Treasurer’s Office, First Floor).
