Internet and Phone Payment Functionality Restored

KC Water is now able to accept internet and phone payments!

Our staff greatly appreciates your patience during this process. KC Water acknowledges the inconvenience this may have caused and has implemented a grace period for customers whose payments were due between May 4th and May 31st.

As we continue to bring systems online, customer accounts may not reflect payments made during the outage and we ask for your patience and allow at least two billing cycles for your account to update.
