Due to emergency work on an 8-inch water main in the area of 8009 N Elmwood, in the northern area of Kansas City is causing water outage for approximately 164 customers.
Due to the length of the outage and the number of customers out of water, KC Water will be providing bottled water at the corner of 8009 N Elmwood to those impacted. If customers are unable to reach the water distribution area, you can call KC Water dispatch via 816-513-1313 or 3-1-1.
KC Water does not have an estimate as to how long this will take at this time. Staff are working to restore water as soon as possible.
